My internet is out tonight so I'm updating in my local coffee shop. There is a man here who is using all the tiny complimentary water cups to build cup towers on any surface he can find. He's very serious about it, circling his plastic cup sculpture. Now he is using straws too. it's a little distracting but fun to watch. OK, I'm about blogged out. I think I'll go home and finish up a drawing, eat some ice cream, watch my new favorite show, Intervention.

More From Fete

More from the exhibiton...This is a lithograph called "Old San Juan"
The color is monoprinted. It is 11" x 14'
This is a lithograph called "Florence." This is 11" x 14".

Can you tell from these two prints that I like tiny street lamps?

So the show's down. Le sigh.

But on the bright side, now I have lots of prints from the exhibition to post. Most are still available for purchase.

This print, Fete, is multimedia--the first layer is the grey background, a monotype. Next a lithograph of Luxembourg chairs and trees. Then, green gouache and finally, the title is silkscreened on.

This was my most ambitious piece. I rarely plan something in four steps, much less acheive what I had pictured in my head. It is also probably the most conceptual, as well as my favorite.

It is printed on 22"x30" archival paper.
